Practice step 1: Assessment
For each Vibrant Living Quality listed below, using a 1 -5 scale, identify how frequently you experience each quality in your life:
1/never — 2/rarely — 3/sometimes — 4/frequently — 5/most of the time
Then, add up the total number of qualities that fall into each level of frequency.
1: How many qualities do you never experience?
2: How many qualities do you rarely experience?
3: How many qualities do you sometimes experience?
4: How many qualities do you frequently experience?
5: How many qualities do you experience most of the time?

Practice step 2: Reflection
Grab your journal method of choice and begin exploring and reflecting
Make a list of the qualities to you never or rarely experience. Is there a pattern that emerges? What would your life be like if you experienced more of those qualities? Go thought this process of looking for common themes for each level of frequency and delve into what your life would be like of you experienced more and more of those qualities.
What qualities of Vibrant Living do you currently experience? What do you want to expand? What do you feel you do (or don’t do), think (or don’t think), feel (or don’t feel) that contributes to you experiencing those qualities? In other words, what personal practices to you have that support Vibrant Living?
Do you know someone who you believe lives in a state that exemplifies many of the qualities of Vibrant Living? Discuss those qualities with them and learn about their practices and choices in medicinary tools (see 7 Zones page) and how they feel those qualities related to what they consider their overall well-being
Do you know what medical sciences are designed to cultivate those qualities? The answer is: Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda. What has been your experience with those medicial sciences? How can you gain more knowledge? How can you locate a practitioner to be your well-being partner and support you to cultivate the qualities of Vibrant Living you desire?
